- Home-to-duty mileage profile details (home address, service number, rank, and duty location) for eligible staff.

Third-party services
We use these services to deliver core functionality:
- Google Calendar API (event syncing)
- Google Maps (mapping)
- what3words (location lookup)
- Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection)
- Email delivery via SMTP provider
- Hosting and storage on our server infrastructure
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only use essential cookies required
for authentication and session security.
Children and cadets
FlightLine supports cadets and instructors. Data relating to under‑16 users is processed
solely for training delivery and safeguarding purposes within RAFAC activities.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to deliver training services, reporting, and
operational requirements.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
